Do not redistribute, resell, or publish the source materials. Consulting scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Terms of Service for Architect Strategy Agent

By inviting or using **Architect Strategy Agent** ("Bot") within your Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Usage & Eligibility

• Architect Strategy Agent is an AI-powered conversational assistant powered by Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI models.
• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while interacting with the Bot.
• You may not use the Bot to generate illegal, abusive, or harmful content or attempt to exploit/bypass model safety filters.

2. Service Availability & Rate Limits

• Architect Strategy Agent is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
• We reserve the right to modify, limit, or terminate access to the Bot or specific commands at any time without prior notice to manage cloud API quotas and costs.

3. Intellectual Property & AI Output

• AI-generated responses are provided for informational and assistance purposes.
• Architect Strategy Agent and its operators do not claim ownership over prompt inputs or generated outputs, but make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or uniqueness of generated responses.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers or operators of Architect Strategy Agent be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Bot.
