2. How Data Is Used & Processed

• Messages are securely transmitted to **Google Cloud Vertex AI APIs** strictly to process generative responses and context retrieval.
• We **do not sell** your personal data or message content to third parties.
• Prompts processed through Vertex AI enterprise endpoints are handled in accordance with Google Cloud's enterprise privacy commitments.

3. Data Retention & Storage

• Conversational memory/context is ephemeral and maintained only for active multi-turn sessions.
• *Persistent logs (if any) are restricted to standard diagnostic logs used solely for debugging and operational monitoring.

4. Data Control & Removal

• Server administrators can remove the Bot at any time to halt all data collection within their server.
• To request the deletion of any stored user preferences or diagnostic logs associated with your Discord ID, contact the developer via the official LP Foundry support channels.
